6 easy steps to get your system repaired
Request Service. Start your repair process by filling out the Service Request Form or call us at 202-709-5216. In the request, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information and a detailed description on the status of your system. In a short period, we will contact you to proceed with the repair process.
Free Diagnostic. Once we learned about the condition of your system, you will be contacted with a detailed explanation of your system's defect(s) and what is needed to be done to repair it. If your system is experiencing an uncommon problem that is unable to be diagnosed remotely, we will request that you bring the system in for an on-site diagnostic. All diagnostics are 100% free of charge.
Price Quote. A price and turnaround time will be quoted to you before any service is provided. There will not be any suprise charges. If there are addition charges that are discovered during the repair process, the service will be put on hold and you will be notified. The repair will not continue until we get your approval of the updated price. If your system cannot be fixed, you will receive your system back in the condition it was brought in and you will not be responsible for any charges.
Drop Off. Once the agreement has been made between you (the customer) and SOLTronix, we will set up a time for you to bring your system in. Drop off hours are between 7pm - 11pm on the weekdays and 11am - 11pm on the weekends. All drop offs are by APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
Repair and Testings. Depending on what type of repair is being serviced on your system, you can either wait while the system is being worked on or leave the system and come back when it is fixed. Proceeding the repair, your system will run through a series of tests, only when all test have been passed do we consider the system fixed.
Payment and Pick Up. When your system is ready for pick up, you will be contacted by phone or email to set up a time to get your system. Before any payment is made, your system will be fully tested to meet all of your satisfaction. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, PayPal or Major Credit/Debit cards. All of our services comes with a 90-day warranty to guarantee the services we provide.
