What others are saying about SOLTronix
I absolutely recommend William. He's super knowledgable. Turned out the machine I took him was actually working fine. He spent 45 minutes testing it out. When I offered to pay him something for his time, he politely refused and said, if he didn't fix anything then he wouldn't charge me. Hard to find someone that honest anymore.– Josh R.
What can I say, Soltronix is the place to go for PS3 repair in the DC metro area. William knows the ins and outs of your system. He will diagnose your problem for free (Sony charges $59) and repair your PS3 in no time! I highly recommend him for all your PS3 problems. His prices are very fair and he can work out all your error codes. He guarantees his work in writing. So, if your PS3 craps out on you give Soltronics a call.
You won't be disappointed !!!! thanks Will!!!!– Paul S.
William Loch did a great job replacing the blu ray lens on my PS3! Did the repair within 30mins while we chatted about the games we like to play.
Thanks again William!!– Ceasar A.
I was dreading sending my Xbox 360 to M$ again. I did a search on Yelp and found William Loch and his repair business. From the moment that I contacted him through picking it up a few days later, William was extremely helpful and professional. My Xbox works great again. i couldn't be happier! As I said to him as I was leaving, I have three of these things. I am sure I will be a return customer. Thank you William!– David M.
